At Bridges, our ingredients are genuine organic products grown by certified farmers. Organic food is real food – no harmful chemicals, artificial ingredients, or processing. All of our certified organic ingredients are free of antibiotics, growth hormones, synthetic pesticides, petroleum-based fertilizers, municipal sewage sludge and genetic engineering.

Our menu caters for vegetarians, vegans, carnivores, those on a gluten-free and keto diet and those on a special diet, all without sacrificing flavor.

Conventional beef comes from cattle that are likely confined to a feedlot and fed corn or animal by-products.
Grass-fed beef comes from cows that roam as they eat grass. This makes it environmentally friendly and healthier too! Our grass-fed beef is naturally lower in fat and cholesterol than conventional grain-fed beef. It is higher in protein, antioxidants, heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and CLA (a good fat). Plus it’s free of toxic additives like antibiotics, growth hormones, fillers and ammonia. We serve real beef at Bridges.


Just like cows, chickens’ were not meant to be caged and pumped full of chemicals. We choose the traditional Kienyeji chicken that is naturally-raised and is hormone and antibiotic-free meat from animals fed a 100% vegetarian diet. This not only makes it better-for-you, but it makes it better tasting chicken too.


From the organic farm to your table, we take particular care with how we prepare it. Our Chefs have been trained to carefully preserve nutrients of their precious organic ingredients and get the most flavor for your satisfaction.
We, therefore, cook our foods are cooked by:
– Steaming
– Stir-frying
– Baking
– Roasting
– Grilling

Our foods have never been guilty of too much oil (no deep frying here), which is dangerous for your health. We have however been ‘guilty’ of happy guest compliments of how flavorful the meals are because we use natural herbs and spices to bring out their true taste. The freshly made juice blends are prepared on order from clean raw organic fruits and vegetables.

Our open kitchen concept was adopted to signify our transparent and honest way of doing business. When here, you can watch your fresh juices being blended and be comforted by the high standards of hygiene you can see in the kitchen.

Many of our organic farmers have been with us since we started in 2006.  We have visited their farms and can trace every ingredient back to the specific farmer.
